Wie Tilburg zegt, zegt 013. Dit poppodium in het centrum is sinds 1998 hèt poppodium van Brabant met een zeer veelzijdige en verrassende programmering. Het opvallende pand met innovatieve snufjes telt drie zalen: de Dommelsch Zaal, de Kleine Zaal en de Bat Cave. Naast optredens van internationale acts krijgen de dance evenementen ook een eervolle vermelding. Nationale en internationale dj’s zijn hier kind aan huis. Daarnaast wordt er intensief samengewerkt met de Tilburgse Rockacademie. Muziektalent krijgt er een welverdiende kans. De verschillende
muziekstijlen, goede dj’s en de gezellige Brabanders maken het tot een belangrijke plek in het Tilburgse nachtleven.

Algemeen
1. Voor de toegang tot 013 geldt een minimumleeftijd van 14 jaar, tenzij anders aangegeven op het toegangsbewijs, bijvoorbeeld bij dance activiteiten. Wanneer je jonger bent dan 14 jaar is begeleiding door een volwassen persoon verplicht.
2. Tijdens avondactiviteiten wordt na 3.00 uur geen toegang meer verleend tot 013.
3. Binnen 013 zijn alle landelijke regels met betrekking tot alcoholverstrekking, rookbeleid en legitimatieverplichting van kracht.
4. Voor het verstrekken van drank werkt 013 met speciale munten, die verkrijgbaar zijn via de muntenautomaten in het gebouw en de servicebalie. Deze munten blijven te allen tijde een geldig betaalmiddel bij activiteiten in 013. We nemen geen gekochte munten retour.
Verboden
5. De handel in soft- en hard drugs in 013 is verboden, evenals het gebruik van harddrugs.
6. Het is verboden messen, wapens, glas en blik, of voorwerpen die als wapen worden aangemerkt, mee naar binnen te nemen.
7. Etenswaren, drank en blik, glazen en bekers mogen niet mee naar binnen én buiten worden genomen.
8. Foto-, film- en geluidsapparatuur mag niet mee naar binnen worden genomen. Onrechtmatig verkregen opnames worden door 013 ingenomen.
9. Het is verboden in 013 te stagediven of te crowdsurfen. 013 is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele gevolgen die ontstaan door overtreding van dit verbod.
10. Dieren zijn in 013 niet toegestaan.
11. Het is verboden in of rond het gebouw goederen te verhandelen zonder uitdrukkelijke toestemming van 013.
Veiligheid
12. In verband met de veiligheid van het publiek kun je als bezoeker bij de toegang van 013 worden gefouilleerd. In dat geval is medewerking verplicht.
13. Activiteiten worden door middel van camera’s geregistreerd. Bij een bezoek aan activiteiten in 013 stem je in met het maken van opnames.
14. Instructies van 013 personeel dienen in het belang van de eigen veiligheid direct opgevolgd te worden.
Gedragregels
15. Ongewenst gedrag, in welke vorm dan ook, wordt absoluut niet getolereerd. Onder ongewenst gedrag verstaat 013 onder andere racistische, fascistische, seksistische, beledigende en/of discriminerende uitlatingen, ongewenste intimiteiten, hinderlijk en/of agressief gedrag, vernielingen en geweld, etc. Respect voor medebezoekers, 013 personeel en het gebouw is vereist.
16. In de directe omgeving van 013 wonen veel mensen. Bezorg onze buren bij het naar binnen en buiten gaan geen overlast.
Aansprakelijkheid
- In diverse ruimtes in 013 wordt meer dan 85 dB(A) aan geluid geproduceerd. 013 aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor de nadelige gevolgen die hierdoor wellicht kunnen optreden aan het gehoor, noch voor andere gevolgen van het bezoek aan de 013. Gehoorbeschermers zijn verkrijgbaar tegen vergoeding.
- Het verblijf in 013 is geheel op eigen risico.
- 013 beschikt over een garderobe. Bij het gebruik van de garderobe is het garderobe reglement van toepassing, dat in de garderobe aanwezig is.
Slotbepaling
- Bij overtreding van de huis- en gedragsregels wordt de toegang tot 013 ontzegd zonder restitutie van entreegeld.
