‘De Marcanti’ is een prachtige club met een roemrucht verleden. Het deed ooit dienst als kantine voor de marktkoopmannen die vlakbij aan het werk waren, maar is sinds de jaren negentig een veelzijdige evenementenlocatie en van donderdag tot en met zondag een prachtige club. Vooral de laatste verbouwing, enkele jaren geleden, is een regelrecht succes geweest. De balkonbar is uit marmer opgetrokken en de muren zijn met fluweelzacht en geluidddempend rood tapijt bedekt. Alles is tot in detail uitgewerkt. Het zorgt ervoor dat Amsterdam Marcanti veel allure heeft gekregen. En met een zeer diverse programmering spreekt deze club veel verschillende bezoekers aan.

Toelatingsbeleid 1. Onze gecertificeerde beveiligers hebben het recht bezoekers de toegang te ontzeggen, indien deze niet voldoen aan de hieronder genoemde maatstaven van ons bedrijf: a. Niet behoorlijk zijn gekleed b. Overdadig religieuze getinte symbolen dragen, die afstotend kunnen zijn voor overige religies c. Agressief gedrag d. Er een vermoede bestaat dat de bezoekers; onder invloed van drugs en/of hallucinerende middelen verkeren e. Deel uitmaakt van een groep vanaf 4 personen f. Wapens of wat daarvoor door kan gaan bij zich dragen g. Zich luidruchtig ophouden h. Zich niet willen of kunnen legitimeren i. Eerder toegangsverbod voor bepaalde of onbepaalde tijd heeft gekregen j. Eerder wegens wangedrag bij een collega-bedrijf zijn verwijderd g. Op verzoek van de politie niet mogen worden toegelaten 2. Consumptie U bent verplicht een consumptie te gebruiken. Glaswerk, flesjes, etc. mogen niet buiten Amsterdam Marcanti worden genuttigd c.q. worden meegenomen. Meebrengen van eigen consumpties is verboden. 3. Toiletruimten De toiletruimten zijn uitsluitend bestemd voor het daartoe noodzakelijke bezoek. Verblijf om andere redenen is niet toegestaan. Onze toiletruimten staan onder toezicht van onze huishoudelijke dienst. 4. Eigendommen Het is verboden om eigendommen van de Amsterdam Marcanti mee te nemen buiten het gebouw. Bij beschadiging van onze eigendommen bent u aansprakelijk voor de reparatie- en/of vervangingskosten. 5. Eigendommen en kledingstukken van bezoekers Amsterdam Marcanti is niet aansprakelijk voor het zoekraken van kleding en/of andere eigendommen van bezoekers. Kledingstukken en/of eigendommen die door bezoekers zijn achtergelaten worden gedurende een termijn van 2 weken bewaard. 6. Gevonden voorwerpen Gevonden voorwerpen dient u bij ons in te leveren. 7. Handel in goederen Het is verboden om in de Amsterdam Marcanti goederen te verhandelen. 8. Kleding U dient zich aan eventuele kleding voorschriften te houden. Deze kunnen dagelijks wijzigen i.v.m. themafeesten en evenementen. Wij accepteren geen sportkleding, sportschoenen en hoofddeksels. 9. Ongewenst gedrag Het is verboden zich schuldig te maken aan ongewenste intimiteiten, racisme en discriminatie. 10. Agressie tegen andere bezoekers en personeel Bezoekers die om wat voor reden dan en op grond van welke oorzaak dan ook hinderlijke en/of aanstootgevend gedrag vertonen, dan wel zich ten opzichte van andere bezoekers hinderlijk gedragen en aan sommatie geen gevolg geven, worden direct verwijderd uit de Amsterdam Marcanti. 11. Drugsgebruik Het gebruik en bezit van soft- en harddrugs is verboden. Bezoekers van Amsterdam Marcanti gaan akkoord met fouillering door gecertificeerde beveiligers. Bij weigering van medewerking van fouillering volgt onmiddellijk een toegangsverbod. De aangetroffen drugs worden in beslag genomen een overgedragen aan de politie. 12. Legitimatie/leeftijd Bezoekers moeten op verzoek van een gecertificeerde beveiliger zich kunnen legitimeren met een geldig legitimatie bewijs. Bij weigering volgt onmiddellijk een toegangsverbod. Minimale leeftijd voor toegang tot Amsterdam Marcanti is 21 jaar, tenzij anders aangegeven. 13. Camera toezicht Bezoekers van Amsterdam Marcanti stemmen toe in het maken van opnames met als doel de veiligheid te verhogen. Bij calamiteiten en/of op verzoek van de politie worden de beelden als ondersteunend materiaal overgedragen. 14. Wapens en scherpe voorwerpen Het gebruik en/of het zij zich hebben van enigerlei vuurwapens en dergelijke is ten strengste verboden. Aangetroffen wapens zullen door onze gecertificeerde beveiligers worden overgedragen aan de politie. 15. Aanwijzingen personeel Deze dienen voor uw veiligheid en die van anderen bezoekers te allen tijde stipt te worden opgevolgd. 16. Klachten Wanneer u klachten heeft van welke aard dan ook, kunt u deze melden bij onze leidinggevenden. Klachten dient u direct na het moment van ontstaan te melden. Bij in gebreke blijven van melding vervalt uw klachtrecht.
