Het Rotterdamse feestparadijs Baja Beach Club is een begrip in heel Nederland èn ver daarbuiten. Sterker nog, ‘De Baja’ heeft zelfs een dependance in het altijd bruisende Barcelona. Maar wat maakt Baja Beach Club eigenlijk zo uniek? Wat eigenlijk niet, kunnen we misschien beter zeggen. Alles kan! Het gewillige barpersoneel in de weinig verhullende badkleding is altijd in voor een knotsgekke actie of een spectaculaire show achter en op de bar. Natuurlijk doen de bezoekers net zo vrolijk mee. Het is precies waar de club voor staat. Gek, gezellig, grappig en soms iets over het randje.

1. Onze gasten mogen niet onder invloed zijn van drugs of alcohol.
2. Onze gasten mogen geen drugs verhandelen of daartoe aanstalten maken.
3. Onze gasten mogen zich niet bij de entree agressief of dominant opstellen (in woord en gedrag).
   
4. Grote groepen worden niet toegelaten, tenzij zij gereserveerd hebben en daarvan een bewijs hebben .
5. Onze gasten moeten een verzorgd uiterlijk hebben. Bijvoorbeeld: a. geen sportkleding of sportschoenen b. geen kapotte kleding c. geen onzedelijke kleding d. geen provocerende kleding e. geen petjes f. geen vuile kleding of vies uiterlijk
6. Gasten die in het (recente) verleden problemen hebben veroorzaakt, kan de toegang worden ontzegd .
7. Bezoekers dienen tenminste 21 jaar te zijn. Zij dienen dit, in geval van twijfel, middels legitimatie te kunnen aantonen. Bezoekers die weigeren legitimatie te tonen, kunnen geweigerd worden.
   
8. Personen die weigeren entreegeld te betalen worden geweigerd .
9. Wanneer het binnen te druk is of verwacht wordt dat veel houders van VIP- kaarten zich aanmelden dan wordt voor deze mensen ruimte vrij gehouden, dit geldt tevens als er een besloten party is, en dit kan als redenen voor de weigering worden uitgelegd.
10. Personen die weigeren door de metaaldetector te lopen, worden geweigerd .
11. Indien er bij de metaaldetector voorwerpen worden aangetroffen die als wapen kunnen dienen, wordt de desbetreffende bezoeker niet toegelaten. Wel kan de bezoeker, zich ontdaan hebbende van het voorwerp, alsnog trachten de Baja Beach club te bezoeken.
12. Ongewenste intimiteiten en hinderlijke samenscholing worden niet getolereerd .
13. Bij calamiteiten dient u te allen tijde instructies van het personeel op te volgen .
14. U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor uw eigendommen. Wij accepteren geen verantwoordelijkheid bij diefstal/beschadiging en/of vermissing.
15. U mag onze eigendommen niet mee naar buiten nemen of verplaatsen. Dit geldt ook voor flessen of glazen. Wie beschadiging veroorzaakt, draait op voor de kosten.
16. In de Baja Beach Club kunnen foto’s en video’s gemaakt worden. Deze mogen wij voor commerciële doeleinden inzetten. Maar wij zullen deze nooit verlenen tot commercieel gebruik aan derden.
17. Overtreding van enige regels kan onmiddellijk en zonder aanzien des persoons aan de politie worden gemeld, terwijl ook ontzegging van de toegang zal worden aangezegd.
