Precies onder de zo typerende skyline van Rotterdam ligt Catwalk. Deze kosmopolitische club is gebouwd in de voormalige voetgangerstunnel aan de Weena en is omringd door de kolossale kantoorpanden van de grote multinationals. De krijtstreeppakken weten wat er ’s nachts onder hun voeten afspeelt, maar ook dan wordt er gezweet. In Catwalk gaat het namelijk om de liefde voor de muziek. De club wordt gerund door mensen die diezelfde passie delen. Dus geen commerciële
uitingen of decadent geneuzel, maar techno en deephouse waar de bezoekers van houden. Daarom weet de intieme Catwalk zelfs de grote jongens te strikken voor een intieme dj-set. Dat gegeven en die kosmopolitische setting maken van Catwalk
één van de best bewaarde geheimen van de Maasstad.

Geluid:
Apparatuur model & type niet bekend. Door de vorm van de ruimte/zaal is de aanwezige apparatuur meer dan toereikend. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van hoogstaande monitor speakers voor het zaalgeluid, ondersteund door grote subs. Deze combinatie is een natte droom van veel DJs en muziekliefhebbers.
Dit is één van de overduidelijke pluspunten van Club Catwalk omdat dit in een grote, hoge en brede ruimte (normale clubs) niet mogelijk.
Licht:
LED door hele zaak, 2x 4 kleuren laser, 2x Moving Head, 2x Scanner, verschillende andere verlichting.
Wederom door de vorm van de zaal/ruimte is dit meer dan toereikend. Het ‘hal’-effect dat de dansvloer geeft, maakt het mogelijk om met deze hoeveelheid apparatuur een geweldig sterk effect op de dansende bezoeker over te brengen.
Vb; stel je voor, een lange hal van 60 meter waardoorheen 8 verschillende laserstralen in de lengte heen en weer golven. Dit in combinatie met wat rook en je waant je in een futuristische science fiction film

Heeft in de Catwalk weinig nadruk. Dit omdat heel moeilijk is om projectieschermen hoog genoeg te hangen dat iedereen het kan zien. Maar ook door de vorm van de ruimte voegt het vaak ook niet meer toe tov het standaard licht.
