15. Het onrechtmatig verblijven op het HMH-terrein na sluitingstijd wordt bestraft met onmiddellijke ontzegging tot HMH.
16. Het is niet toegestaan drank en etenswaren mee naar binnen te nemen.
17. Consumpties alleen binnen het bedrijf gebruiken. Het is verboden glaswerk of consumpties mee naar buiten te nemen.
18. Bij onenigheid of ruzie is men verplicht één van de gastheren in te schakelen.
19. Bedreiging, mishandeling, intimidatie en andere vormen van agressie zijn verboden.
20. Handelingen en uitlatingen die duiden op racisme en discriminatie zijn verboden.
21. Samenscholing is verboden. Vermoedt een gastheer samenscholing, dan kan de vermoedelijke deelnemers onmiddellijk de toegang worden ontzegd.
22. Jassen e.d. verplicht afgeven bij de garderobe. Zonder bewijs worden geen jassen teruggegeven. De directie kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor goederen die achtergelaten worden in jassen en tassen e.d.
23. HMH kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig letsel, materiële en immateriële schade aan bezoekers.
24. Overtreding van het HMH huisreglement kan leiden tot verwijdering.
25. In situaties waarin de huisregels niet voorzien, beslist de directie van HMH over mogelijk te nemen maatregelen.
26. Camera’s waken over uw en onze veiligheid.
27. Bij constatering van wangedrag of openbare geweldpleging wordt de politie gewaarschuwd
28. Uitzonderingen op het HMH huisreglement kunnen uitsluitend plaatsvinden in overleg met de directie.
