In de jaren vijftig was er een taxichauffeur in Schagen die in het weekend feestjes gaf in zijn garage. Dat hobbyproject heeft aan de basis gestaan voor KDanz, één van
de meest gezellige uitgaanscentra in West-Friesland. Hier worden niet alleen grote houseparty’s georganiseerd, maar treden ook regelmatig bekende bands op. De
programmering is dus zeer veelzijdig. De zaterdag is de topdag voor KDanz,
want dan gaat iedereen uit zijn of haar dak op de dansvloer. En ook de bekende Nederlandse dj’s zijn in een opperbeste stemming wanneer ze in KDanz mogen draaien. Chuckie gaf hier zelfs zijn eerste beroemde Dirty Dutch feest.

HUISREGELS UITGAANSCENTRUM KDANZ
In het onderstaand reglement vindt u de huisregels van ons bedrijf. U bent verplicht zich aan deze regels te houden. Bij overtreding van deze regels zal u de toegang ontzegd worden, mogelijk voor langere tijd. Tevens kan de politie hiervan op de hoogte gebracht worden.
1.Indien gevraagd is legitimatie verplicht.
2.Op zaterdag is de minimum leeftijd 17 jaar, en op vrijdag 16 jaar. Op andere dagen gelden aparte leeftijdseisen.
3.Mensen die verdacht worden van criminele activiteiten alsmede mensen die binnen of buiten ons bedrijf samenscholen of hiervan verdacht worden zullen wij weigeren of uit ons bedrijf verwijderen.
4.Mensen van wie wij een duidelijk vermoeden hebben dat zij onder invloed zijn van alcohol of drugs zullen wij de toegang tot ons bedrijf weigeren.
5.Bij grote drukte worden alleen mensen met een KDanz Goldcard toegelaten.
6.Een verzorgd uiterlijk alsmede correcte kleding is verplicht, wij laten geen sportkleding en sportpetten toe.
7.Garderobe verplicht.
8.Het is ten strengste verboden om alles wat als een wapen gezien kan worden mee naar binnen te nemen. Iedereen die ons bedrijf bezoekt zal worden gefouilleerd. Ook binnen ons bedrijf behouden wij ons dit recht voor indien wij een persoon verdenken van schending van de huisregels.
9.Het is ten strengste verboden om in ons bedrijf zowel soft- als harddrugs mee te nemen zowel voor gebruik als voor de verkoop. Hiervan zullen wij altijd melding maken bij de politie. En definitieve ontzegging zal hierop volgen.
10.Het is niet toegestaan glazen of flesjes mee te nemen op de dansvloer, ook mogen er geen glazen of flesjes mee naar buiten genomen worden.
11.Op diverse plaatsen in ons bedrijf hangen camera’s, iedereen die ons bedrijf bezoekt stemt toe in het gebruik van de opnames als ondersteunend bewijs.
12.Indien u iets beschadigt, bent u verantwoordelijk voor de reparatie of vervanging van het beschadigde.
13.Luidruchtig gedrag zowel binnen als buiten ons bedrijf wordt niet toegelaten. Wij verwachten dat onze gasten bij het verlaten van ons bedrijf dit doen zonder onnodig lawaai te maken.
14.Indien brand uitbreekt, raak niet in paniek. Meld het bij het personeel en verlaat het pand bij de dichtstbijzijnde nooduitgang.
Ons deurteam is verantwoordelijk voor de toepassing van deze regels, klachten van welke aard dan ook kunt u schriftelijk melden bij de directie.
Tijdens de avond is er geen discussie mogelijk.
Klachten kunt u binnen 1 week schriftelijk melden op het adres, Loet 13 – 1741 BN – Schagen
ovv. klachtenregeling KDanz.
Indien U dit niet doet behandelen wij u klachten niet. (conform klachtenreglement Horeca Nederland ’99)
