Gevestigd in een grote fabriekshal is North Sea Venue een megaclub met een capaciteit van 4000 mensen. Vanaf 1995 worden er grootschalige dancefeesten georganiseerd. Tot een paar jaar geleden gebeurde dat in De Hemkade en tegenwoordig in North Sea Venue. De spot trekt clubbers uit het hele land aan. Niet zo gek, want met een brede programmering is er veel te beleven. Zo is North Sea Venue bijvoorbeeld het decor van de erotiek- en fetishparty’s van Wasteland, waar zelfs bezoekers uit de hele wereld op af komen. Maar ook de ondeugende broertjes van Ex Porn Star zetten deze accommodatie regelmatig op stelten en eens per maand is de club het domein van de doorgewinterde hardcoreliefhebbers.

Minimale leeftijd 18 jaar, legitimatie is verplicht. Bij uitzonderlijke evenementen is de minimale leeftijd 16 jaar. Dit wordt duidelijk van te voren aangegeven op onze website

Brandbeveiliging 1. Bij ons liggen brandinstructies ter inzage. Raak in ieder geval niet in paniek bij brand, waarschuw ons onmiddellijk en begeef u rustig naar de dichtstbijzijnde uitgang.

Camera´s 2. Op diverse plaatsen in ons bedrijf hangen camera´s. Een ieder die ons bedrijf bezoekt stemt toe in het maken van opnames. Bij calamiteiten kunnen de opnames als ondersteunend materiaal getoond worden aan derden.

Eigendommen 3. Het is verboden eigendommen van ons mee te nemen buiten het gebouw; hieronder vallen ook restanten van voedsel en dranken. Het is verboden om, zonder toestemming van de directie, flyers / posters / stickers en dergelijke binnen en rondom onze locatie te verspreiden en/ of aan te brengen. Bij constatering van bovenstaande en bij beschadiging van onze eigendommen bent u aansprakelijk voor de reparatie en/of verbouwingskosten.

Glas 4. Glazen voorwerpen dient u bij ons in te leveren.

Handel in goederen 5. Het is verboden in of rond het bedrijf goederen te verhandelen en/of zich schuldig te maken aan heling. Indien u zich hieraan schuldig maakt zijn wij genoodzaakt u over te dragen aan de politie.

Klachten 6. Wanneer u klachten van welke aard dan ook heeft kunt u deze bij de directie melden. Klachten dient u altijd na het ontstaan daarvan te melden, bij gebreke vervalt uw klachtenrecht.

Kleding 7. Uw kleding dient er zodanig uit te zien, dat het niet in strijd is met de aard en het karakter van het evenement. Kledingstukken en wel te verstaan jassen dienen bij de garderobe te worden afgegeven. North Sea Venue is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele verlies, vermissing, diefstal of beschadiging van kledingstukken of goederen die zich in kledingstukken bevinden. 8. Kledingstukken worden tegen betaling in bewaring afgegeven bij de garderobe. U ontvangt daarvoor een bewijsnummer of badge van afgifte.

Ongewenste intimiteiten 9. Ongewenste intimiteiten worden niet getolereerd. Indien u zich hieraan schuldig maakt zijn wij genoodzaakt u over te dragen aan de politie.

Gedrag 10. Uitingen van racistische/discriminerende aard worden niet toegestaan.

Wapens 11. Het gebruiken of in het bezit hebben van enigerlei wapens is ten strengste verboden. Bij het aantreffen hiervan, volgt automatisch aanhouding en overdracht aan de politie. Een dergelijk maatregel wordt gevolgd door een toegangsontzegging voor langere tijd.

Samenscholing 12. Wij behouden ons het voorrecht bij vermoedens onzerzijds van samenscholing, waarbij hinder, gevaar, en/of overlast aan derden wordt veroorzaakt, de samenscholers onmiddellijk de toegang tot ons bedrijf te ontzeggen.

E.H.B.O. 13. Bij de E.H.B.O post is een verbandtrommel aanwezig en kan er in geval van nood eerste hulp wordt verleend.

Verdovende middelen 14. Het nuttigen, gebruiken, verhandelen of bij zich hebben van enigerlei verdovende middelen is ten strengste verboden. Bij het verhandelen van verdovende middelen wordt onmiddellijk de politie ingeschakeld. 15. Als blijkt dat een bezoeker overmatig drugs heeft gebruikt zal de toegang aan deze persoon direct worden ontzegd. 16. Als blijkt dat de bezoeker onder invloed is van het middel GHB zal deze persoon de toegang direct worden ontzegd.

Fouilleren/detectieporten 17. Bij de entree van het gebouw maar ook binnen kan zich de mogelijkheid voordoen dat u zich moet laten onderwerpen aan een controle/visitatie. Deze controle is ingesteld om iedereen in verband met de algemene veiligheid te beschermen.

Gehoorbeschadiging 18. Harde muziek kan gehoorschade veroorzaken, North Sea Venue is hier in geen geval verantwoordelijk voor. Oordoppen zijn tegen een minimale vergoeding verkrijgbaar bij de muntenkassa.

Consumptiemunten 19. Voor het nuttigen van eten of drinken heeft u op onze locatie consumptiemunten nodig. Deze munten hebben een beperkte geldigheidsduur en zijn niet inwisselbaar voor geld of nieuwe munten. Mocht de geldigheidsduur van de munten verstrijken dan wordt dit uiterlijk een maand van tevoren op onze website (www.northseavenue.nl) vermeldt.

U bent verplicht zich aan deze regels te houden, overtreding van enige huisregel kan onmiddellijk en zonder aanzien des persoons aan de politie worden gemeld, terwijl ook ontzegging van de toegang zal volgen.
