Outland is het Mekka voor fans van spijkerharde dancestijlen als hardcore, hardstyle, jump en hardtechno. Maar ook liefhebbers van electro, house, urban en club
komen hier aan hun trekken. De Rotterdamse club met drie zalen valt ook op vanwege de ronde vormen van het gebouw. Er is geen hoekig element in te ontdekken. Het pand is in een cirkelvorm opgebouwd. De ronde koepel van
glas is daarbij de absolute eyecatcher. Hier is het goed bijkomen van de
stevige beats die beneden door de zaal worden geslingerd.

Personen van 18 jaar en ouder zijn als bezoeker welkom.
Beveiligingsmedewerkers zijn bevoegd naar legitimatie te vragen. Toont een bezoeker geen geldig legitimatiebewijs, dan wordt hij/zij niet tot Outland toegelaten.
Alle bezoekers dienen aanwijzingen van beveiligingsmedewerkers op te volgen.
Zij zijn daarnaast verplicht Outland via een detectiepoortje te betreden.
Zij dienen zich te laten visiteren.
Kleding dient bij de garderobe afgegeven te worden. Outland van de inrichting is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, vermissing, diefstal of beschadiging van kledingstukken of goederen die zich in kledingstukken bevinden.
Bezoekers die onder invloed zijn van alcohol of verdovende middelen, worden niet tot Outland toegelaten.
Een ontspannen houding en dito gedrag zijn basisvoorwaarden voor elke bezoeker. Agressie in woord, gebaar of houding, leidt tot toegangsontzegging.
Er wordt bezoekers een positieve, vriendelijke sfeer geboden en dat wordt ook van bezoekers verwacht. Daarnaast wordt van hen tolerantie t.a.v. huidskleur, ras, sekse, religie en cultuur verwacht.
Outland is bevoegd bezoekers de toegang te weigeren als zij geen gepaste kleding dragen. Outland richt zich op jonge, trendy en modebewuste bezoekers. De kleding van bezoekers moet hierop afgestemd zijn.
Buiten Outland is onder andere luidruchtig gedrag, achterlaten van afval en wildplassen niet toegestaan. Misdragingen kunnen leiden tot een toegangsontzegging.
Hinderlijk gedrag, bedreigingen en intimidatie, wordt door de Outland als ongewenst gedrag gezien en leidt tot toegangsontzegging.
Outland houdt zich het recht voor om groepen, groter dan vijf personen, de toegang te weigeren. Samenscholing, groter dan vijf personen, kan tot een toegangsontzegging leiden.
Het is niet toegestaan om etenswaren of drank mee te nemen in de club. Het is evenmin toegestaan etenswaren of drank mee naar buiten te nemen.
Het is verboden verdovende middelen voorhanden te hebben of te gebruiken. Als handel in verdovende middelen wordt vastgesteld, vindt aanhouding en overdracht aan de politie plaats. Automatisch volgt in dat geval ook een toegangsontzegging voor langere tijd.
Wapens of voorwerpen die als wapen kunnen worden aangewend, mogen niet in de inrichting voorhanden worden gehouden. Bij het aantreffen van een vuurwapen, volgt automatisch aanhouding en overdracht aan de politie. Een dergelijk maatregel wordt gevolgd door een toegangsontzegging voor langere tijd.
Op verschillende plaatsen in- en buiten Outland wordt gebruik gemaakt van beveiligingscamera’s. Alle bezoekers worden geacht dit te weten en door hun aanwezigheid in Outland akkoord te gaan met het maken van opnames. Gemaakte opnames worden, indien noodzakelijk, als bewijs gebruikt.
Outland is niet aansprakelijk voor schade, hoe ook genaamd, die voortvloeit uit het betreden van de inrichting.
Klachten dienen binnen drie dagen schriftelijk bij de directie van Outland ingediend te worden.
Bij overtreding volgt automatisch aangifte bij de politie.
Zonder toestemming van Outland is het verboden om spullen zoals flyers e.d. uit te delen of op het parkeerterrein aan te brengen.
In de diverse zalen van Outland wordt meer dan 100 DB(a) aan geluid geproduceerd. Outland aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor nadelige gevolgen die hierdoor wellicht op kunnen treden aan uw gehoor. Het verblijf in alle zalen van Outland geschiedt derhalve geheel op uw eigen risico. Geef uw oren tijdig rust door af en toe een rustige ruimte op te zoeken.
Bij de portiers is een verbandtrommel aanwezig. In voorkomende EHBO gevallen waarschuw te allen tijde een beveiligingsmedewerker. Deze kan eerste hulp verlenen of verwijzen naar daarvoor bevoegd en opgeleid personeel.
