Paard van Troje, in de Haagse volksmond beter bekend als ‘het Paard’ is het enige echte poppodium dat de Hofstad rijk is. In 2003 heeft het een grondige verbouwing
ondergaan. Het resultaat mag er zijn. De venue dient als thuisbasis voor de gevierde Haagse rockscene en popliefhebbers, maar in de nachtelijke uren op donderdag tot
en met zaterdag verandert het poppodium in een club met een brede programmering en verschillende party’s, van house tot hiphop en van classics tot techno. De rij voor de ingang aan de Prinsengracht laat zien dat de Hagenezen maar al te graag naar Het Paard komen. Het is hun Haagse trots.

volwassene.
- De minimum leeftijd bij concerten is 16 jaar, bij dance activiteiten en ander nachtprogramma is de minimum leeftijd 18 jaar.
- Paard van Troje schenkt geen zwak alcoholische dranken onder 16 jaar en geen sterk alcoholische dranken onder 18 jaar.
- De directie behoudt zich het recht voor om bezoekers te verzoeken zich te legitimeren.
- Op diverse plaatsen in het Paard van Troje hangen camera’s. Een ieder die het Paard van Troje bezoekt, stemt toe in het maken van
opnamen. Bij calamiteiten kunnen deze opnamen als ondersteunend materiaal getoond worden aan derden.
- Handel in soft- en harddrugs en gebruik van harddrugs is in het Paard van Troje verboden.
- Het gebruiken of dragen van voorwerpen die als wapens en/of gevaarlijk worden aangemerkt is ten strengste verboden.
- Het is verboden in of om het Paard van Troje goederen te verhandelen en/of zich schuldig te maken aan heling.
- De directie behoudt zich het recht voor bij vermoedens van samenscholing, de samenscholers direct de toegang te ontzeggen.
- Er kan zich een mogelijkheid voordoen dat u zich moet laten onderwerpen aan een controle. Deze controle is verplicht en ingesteld om
iedereen in verband met de algemene veiligheid te beschermen.
- Racistische, seksistische, beledigende en/of discriminerende uitlatingen, ongewenste intimiteiten, vernielingen en geweld, in welke
vorm dan ook, worden absoluut niet getolereerd.
- Openbare dronkenschap of het duidelijk onder invloed zijn van andere middelen wordt niet getolereerd.
- Het meenemen van eigen consumpties is verboden.
- Het is verboden eigendommen van het Paard van Troje mee te nemen naar buiten, inclusief restanten van voedsel en dranken.
- Het Paard van Troje kent een promotiebeleid, zonder toestemming vooraf mogen er geen promotieactiviteiten plaatsvinden.
- Zonder toestemming vooraf is het niet toegestaan om in het Paard van Troje te fotograferen, video- en/of geluidsopnames te maken.
- Paard van Troje is rookvrij, er mag alleen gerookt worden in de rookruimte in de foyer. Roken buiten de daarvoor aangewezen ruimte
kan leiden tot directe uitzetting en een eventuele (tijdelijke) ontzegging. Paard van Troje zal te allen tijde de eventuele boetes verhalen op
de overtreder in kwestie.
- Stagediven en crowdsurfen is verboden in het Paard van Troje.
- Klachten dienen direct na het ontstaan hiervan aan de bedrijfsleiding (feedback@paard.nl) gemeld te worden (uiterlijk binnen 2 dagen).
Zo niet, dan worden klachten niet meer in behandeling genomen.
- Instructies van het personeel dienen in het belang van uw eigen veiligheid terstond opgevolgd te worden.
- U dient uw voertuig/fiets zodanig op de aangegeven plaatsen te parkeren zodat derden geen overlast wordt aangedaan. Indien u zich
hieraan niet houdt loopt u het risico dat uw voertuig wordt verwijderd. Bezorg onze buren bij het in- en uitgaan geen overlast.
- Het gebruik van de garderobe is gratis en op eigen risico. Schade of verlies van in bewaring gegeven items en / of inhoud wordt niet
vergoed door Paard van Troje tenzij dit aantoonbaar is gebeurd door opzet of grove nalatigheid van Paard van Troje of haar
medewerkers. Zonder ontvangstbewijs worden geen items geretourneerd.
- In Paard van Troje wordt meer dan 85 decibel aan geluid geproduceerd. Paard van Troje aanvaard geen enkele aansprakelijkheid
voor eventuele nadelige gevolgen die mogelijk kunnen ontstaan. Bij de garderobe zijn tegen een redelijk tarief oordopjes verkrijgbaar.
- Toiletruimten zijn alleen bestemd voor individueel sanitair gebruik. Verblijf om andere redenen is dus niet toegestaan.
- Dieren worden niet toegelaten.
- Na binnenkomst is in- en uitloop niet toegestaan.
