Poema heeft studentenstad Utrecht flink opgeschud met een donkere club die letterlijk en figuurlijk underground is. In de weekenden is deze kleine locatie het technobolwerk van de Domstad. Niet voor niets dat zelfs een aantal grote namen in deze intieme club hebben opgetreden. Daarnaast is Poema ook een vaste stek voor
vaderlandse trots als Bart Skills, Benny Rodrigues en 2000 and One. Met een verrassende en eigenwijze programmering valt Poema op te midden van alle studentenkroegen in het Utrechtse nachtleven. En vanwege de schappelijke entreeprijzen, enthousiaste programmeurs en gastvrij personeel is deze technokelder een bezoek waard.

- Geen toegang voor personen in het bezit en/of onder invloed van drugs. Binnen Poema is drugsgebruik ten strengste verboden.
- Geen toegang aan personen in het bezit van wapens. De politie wordt in dat geval direct ingeschakeld.
- Geen toegang aan personen in kennelijke staat van dronkenschap.
- Geen toegang aan personen die in welke vorm dan ook overlast voor de omgeving veroorzaken.
- Geen toegang aan personen die in welke vorm dan ook overlast en/of agressiviteit met zich meebrengen.
- Verboden goederen te verhandelen in en rondom Poema, hetgeen bij de wet niet toegestaan is.
- Ter bescherming van uw eigen en andermans veiligheid kan men aan kleding/tassen worden gefouilleerd/gedetecteerd. Indien hieraan geen medewerking door de bezoeker wordt verleend, kan de toegang tot Poema worden ontzegd.
- Voorwerpen die als wapen gebruikt zouden kunnen worden, worden in beslag genomen. De beslissing van de gastheer hieromtrent is bindend.
- Wanneer iemand ongewenste intimiteiten/hinderlijk en of aanstootgevend gedrag vertoond kan hij of zij verwijderd worden en een (eventuele) ontzegging krijgen voor 1 jaar.
- Het is niet toegestaan om drank en etenswaren mee naar binnen te nemen.
- Consumpties alleen binnen het bedrijf gebruiken. Het is verboden glaswerk of consumpties mee naar buiten te nemen.
- Het is verboden om consumpties die buiten het bedrijf gekocht zijn mee naar binnen te nemen.
- Bij onenigheid of ruzie is men verplicht één van de gastheren in te schakelen.
- Bedreiging, mishandeling, intimidatie openbare geweldpleging en andere vormen van agressie zijn verboden en kan tot inschakeling van de politie en/of een ontzegging van 1 jaar leiden.
- Handelingen en uitlatingen die duiden op racisme en discriminatie zijn verboden.
- Samenscholing is verboden. Vermoedt een gastheer samenscholing, dan kan de vermoedelijke deelnemers onmiddellijk de toegang worden ontzegd.
- Jassen, tassen en dergelijke verplicht achterlaten in de Lockerbox kluisjes. Zonder bewijs worden geen jassen teruggegeven. Het gebruik van Lockerbox kluisjes is geheel op eigen risico. Poema kan niet aansprakelijk worden gehouden voor vermissing en/of diefstal.
- Poema kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig letsel, materiële en immateriële schade aan bezoekers.
- Overtreding van het huisreglement van Poema kan leiden tot verwijdering en een ontzegging van 1 jaar.
- In situaties waarin de huisregels niet voorzien, beslist de directie van Poema over de te nemen maatregelen.
- Camera’s waken over u en onze veiligheid. Na ongeregeldheden, ongevallen of bij een vermoeden van strafbare feiten kunnen deze opnames ter beschikking worden gesteld aan de politie. De opnames kunnen tevens worden gebruikt voor het bepalen van een ontzegging van de toegang.
- Uitzonderingen op het huisreglement van Poema kunnen uitsluitend plaatsvinden in overleg met de directie.
