Radstake is hét uitgaanscentrum van de Achterhoek. Van oorsprong is het pand een oude paardenmanege, maar tegenwoordig doet het ook dienst als een veelzijdig uitgaanscomplex waar in het weekend heel veel te beleven is. Met de auto, fiets én met speciale discobussen komen de bezoekers uit de hele Achterhoek naar Heelweg om los te gaan in één van de acht zalen die het complex rijk is. Elk weekend treden er bekende bands en dj’s op. Radstake is de plek waar het allemaal gebeurt. De Achterhoekers weten wel hoe ze een feestje moeten bouwen.

Wanneer u geen geldige legitimatie kunt tonen, wordt u de toegang tot de Radstake ontzegd. 3.HOUDING EN DOELGROEP : Een relaxte houding en dito gedrag is een basisvoorwaarde binnen de Radstake. Bij agressie in toon en/of houding wordt de toegang ontzegt. Onze gasten mogen zich niet agressief of hinderlijk opstellen om en in de Radstake. (Woord en gedrag). Wij streven een doelgroep na die zich gemoedelijk en tolerant kan opstellen. Bij eigen rechter (in woord en daad) spelen volgt altijd ontzegging van de toegang. Wij houden ons het recht voor u op uw gedrag aan te spreken en bij twijfel u de toegang te ontzeggen. Entreegelden (tot 1 uur na betaling hiervan) en munten worden terugbetaald. 4.DISCRIMINATIE: Discriminatie door zowel bezoekers als personeel wordt door de directie niet getolereerd. 5.GARDEROBEPLICHT: Jassen e.d. verplicht afgeven bij de garderobe. Zonder afgiftebewijs worden geen jassen e.d. teruggegeven. De Radstake stelt zich niet verantwoordelijk voor goederen die worden achtergelaten in de ingeleverde jassen e.d. Bij vermissing jas e.d. en u bent nog in het bezit van afgiftebewijs, wordt deze vergoed. 6. FOUILLEREN EN DETECTIE: Bij de entree van de dancing, maar ook binnen, kan zich de mogelijkheid voordoen dat u zich moet laten onderwerpen aan een controle door middel van een fouillering. 7. CONSUMPTIES: Wanneer u ons bezoekt bent u verplicht een consumptie te gebruiken. Het is niet toegestaan drank en etenswaren mee naar binnen te nemen. 8. EIGENDOMMEN & SCHADE: Het is verboden eigendommen van de Radstake mee te nemen buiten het gebouw. Hieronder vallen ook restanten van voedsel of dranken. Bij beschadiging van onze eigendommen bent u aansprakelijk voor reparatie- en/of vernieuwingskosten. Schade voortvloeiend uit geweld zal op de daders worden verhaald. Onder schade wordt zowel directe als indirecte (lees economische) schade bedoeld. 9. HANDEL IN GOEDEREN: Het is verboden in of rond de Radstake goederen, drugs etc.. te verhandelen of te gebruiken en/of zich schuldig te maken aan heling. Bij constatering waarschuwen wij altijd de politie. 10. KLACHTEN: Wanneer u klachten heeft, van welke aard dan ook, kunt u deze bij de directie melden. Klachten dient u direct na het moment van ontstaan daarvan te melden. Mocht door drukte van de directie dit niet mogelijk zijn dan kunt u dit, tot een week na het ontstaan van de klacht, mondeling, telefonisch, per E-mail (info@radstake.nl) dan wel schriftelijk bij de directie melden. Wij verplichten ons elke klacht in behandeling te nemen en u binnen 7 werkdagen te antwoorden. 11.KLEDING: Uw kleding dient er verzorgd uit te zien. Leger- en Lonsdale kleding is niet toegestaan evenals caps. 12.WAPENS: Het bij zich hebben of gebruiken van wapens is verboden Bij het aantreffen van een verboden wapen nemen wij deze in beslag en wordt altijd de politie ingeschakeld.
13.VIDEOBEWAKING: Wij maken gebruik van videobewaking. 14. FOTO’S: Wij maken foto’s die wij gebruiken voor onze website en PR-uitingen. Wanneer u wilt dat wij geen gebruik maken van afbeeldingen die door onze huisfotograaf worden gemaakt, dient u dit kenbaar te maken aan onze fotograaf. Het maken van foto’s door derden zonder toestemming van de directie is bij ons verboden. 15. GEVONDEN VOORWERPEN: Gevonden voorwerpen dient u bij de muntenkassa af te geven. Gevonden voorwerpen worden bij de politie afgegeven. 16. DRUGS : Het nuttigen, gebruiken, verhandelen of bij zich hebben van drugs (zowel hard-, als softdrugs), is verboden. verboden. Het aantreffen hiervan resulteert in een langdurige of permanente ontzegging tot de Radstake en wordt altijd gemeld bij de politie. Bij minderjarigen worden tevens de ouders en/of verzorgers van de minderjarige in kennis gesteld 17. EHBO : Wij hebben een aparte EHBO ruimte met een gediplomeerde EHBO. Behandeling van minderjarigen wordt altijd gemeld aan de ouders en/of verzorgers van de minderjarige. 18. ONGEWENSTE INTIMITEITEN : Ongewenste intimiteiten worden niet getolereerd. 19. PARKEREN VOERTUIGEN: U dient uw voertuig op de door ons aangegeven plaatsen te parkeren, zodanig dat derden geen overlast wordt aangedaan. Bij negeren loopt u het risico dat uw voertuig wordt verwijderd 20. ALCOHOL: 16- tot 18-jarige bezoekers is uitsluitend toegestaan softdrinks en zwak alcoholische dranken te consumeren.
