De Waerdse Tempel, het grootste poppodium in de kop van Noord-Holland, ligt in het fraaie Park van Luna en aan een groot meer. Dit moderne pand is een opvallende verschijning in het omringende Nederlandse polderlandschap, maar brengt een stortvloed aan muziekacts. Naast talloze popconcerten worden hier ook spectaculaire dance-evenementen georganiseerd. Zo staan hier regelmatig de bekende house en hardstyle-dj’s achter de draaitafels in De Grote Zaal. Daarnaast herbergt De Waerdse Tempel ook nog een kleinere zaal, die bij grootschalige evenementen dienst doet als jazzcafé of loungeclub.

Voor iedereen moet een uitgaansgelegenheid gezellig, leefbaar en veilig blijven. Daarom gelden in DE WAERDSE TEMPEL huis- en gedragsregels. Deze regels zijn opgesteld in overleg tussen de directie van DE WAERDSE TEMPEL, de gemeente en de politie.
1. Te jeugdig horeca bezoek is niet toegestaan, minimale leeftijd 18 jaar (behoudens evenementen georganiseerd voor kinderen en tieners).
2. Legitimatie verplicht.
3. Geen toegang aan groepen bestaande uit meer dan vier personen, dan wel personen waarvan redelijkerwijze kan worden verwacht dat zij binnen DE WAERDSE TEMPEL een groep van vier personen zullen vormen.
4. Bij constatering van wangedrag of openbare geweldpleging wordt de politie gewaarschuwd.
5. Verboden om goederen te verhandelen in en om DE WAERDSE TEMPEL.
6.Ter bescherming van eigen en andermans veiligheid kun je worden gefouilleerd/gevisiteerd en/of gedetecteerd. Indien hier aan geen medewerking door de bezoeker wordt verleend, wordt de toegang tot DE WAERDSE TEMPEL ontzegd.
7. Voorwerpen die als wapen gebruikt kunnen worden, worden in beslag genomen. De beslissing van de gastheer hieromtrent is bindend.
8. Wanneer iemand ongewenste intimiteiten, hinderlijk en/of aanstootgevend gedrag vertoont, kan hij of zij worden verwijderd.
9. Het onrechtmatig ophouden na sluitingstijd op het eigen terrein van DE WAERDSE TEMPEL leidt tot het uitvaardigen van een ontzegging.
10. Het is verboden met glazen bij zich te dansen, dan wel de dansvloer of podia te betreden.
11. Consumpties alleen binnen het bedrijf gebruiken. Het is verboden glaswerk of consumpties mee naar buiten te nemen.
12. Bij onenigheid of ruzie is men verplicht één van de gastheren in te schakelen.
13. Bedreiging, intimidatie en/of andere vormen van agressie zijn verboden.
14. Handelingen en uitlatingen die duiden op racisme en discriminatie zijn verboden.
15. Samenscholing is verboden. Vermoedt één gastheer samenscholing, dan kan de vermoedelijke deelnemers onmiddellijk de toegang worden ontzegd.
16. Jassen/helmen e.d. verplicht afgeven bij de garderobe. Zonder bewijs worden geen jassen teruggegeven. DE DIRECTIE STELT ZICH NIET AANSPRAKELIJK VOOR VERLIES OF DIEFSTAL VAN JASSEN E.D.
17. DE WAERDSE TEMPEL kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enig letsel, materiёle en/of immateriële schade, noch direct noch indirect.
18. Camera’s waken over jullie en onze veiligheid.
19. Toiletruimten zijn alleen bestemd voor individueel toiletgebruik. Verblijf om andere redenen is niet toegestaan.
20. Harde muziek kan gehoorschade veroorzaken. In de diverse zalen van DE WAERDSE TEMPEL wordt meer dan 85 DB(a) aan geluid geproduceerd. De directie van DE WAERDSE TEMPEL aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor nadelige gevolgen die hierdoor wellicht op kunnen treden aan uw gehoor. Het verblijf in alle zalen van DE WAERDSE TEMPEL geschiedt derhalve geheel op uw eigen risico.
21. OVERTREDING VAN DE WAERDSE TEMPEL HUIS- EN GEDRAGREGELS KAN LEIDEN TOT VERWIJDERING.
22. IN SITUATIES WAAR DE HUISREGELS NIET IN VOORZIEN, BESLIST DE DIRECTIE VAN DE WAERDSE TEMPEL OVER MOGELIJK TE NEMEN MAATREGELEN.
